Information Graphics could be another way of going with my posters because I am highly influenced by Bruce Lee I was thinking tying out something like the image above, I could have the years along the side with information of his most famous years with a few pictures maybe sillouettes
This is another idea for icon poster. Its basically showing small thumbnail icons for the different types of "athlons" and what sports are there to compete in e.g Long jump, power walk, cycling etc. the icons also include how many metres the race will last for e.g 80m or 3km

Inspiration from Visual Aid Book I picked up

This is a idea which was very cool because it shows the step by step technique of "front crawl" but I like the sense of movement in the pictures to get a clear sense of the movement.

Very good use of typography embedded within the picture, the cool thing is that all the uses of type within the picture are Bruce Lee's quotes he published in his philosophy book

New concept

Seeing as things weren't going according to plan with my illustration I decided to make a small booklet containing my illustrations displayed in graphical ways such as my main idea of a timeline showing the fighters I choose and sillouetting them to show age and fighting style which will be really cool bu my previous illustrations wont go to waste Im going to include them in my booklet also and then have them blown up from the final show.
but first things first is I got to create the pages before I even think about binding a book together.

Boxing

Boxing is also a martial art and a combat sport in which two people male or female where they both must be of the same weight not worrying about height, fight each other but only in fist combat no other part of the body may be used.
It is also supervised by a referee and consists of 12 rounds lasting 2-3 minutes each.
There are three ways to win:
1) Victory is achieved if the oponent is knocked out and is unable to continue the fight while the referee counts to ten
2) Technical Knockout which consists of the oponent gathers an injury which seals he/she from continuing the fight
3) If the fighter suffer none of the above they are tested on points where either the referee decides or the matchs judges declare a winner.
